Quality Policy

We at NSST will use all the possible resources to give our customers the best services with a positive aim to continually support their progress, keeping our language and our solutions friendly, simple and effective.
We are committed to creation, archiving and dissemination of knowledge in Industrial training for service to the humanity with the aim to create 100% safe working atmosphere.We undertake to develop a high quality, professionally groomed technical and safety aware manpower.

We pursue our training &amp !important; service related commitments by:

a. Implementation of Quality Management System through out the Organization.
b. Establishing the Quality Objectives for various Processes and periodically reviewing the same for continual suitability
c. Meeting or exceeding Customer Requirements.
d. Ensuring topical and relevant curriculum and adept delivery mechanism.
e. Intellectual and professional fulfillment of faculty and staff.
f. Continuous augmentation and renewal of infrastructure and facilities.
g. Creation of congenial and conductive work environment
h. Promotion of team work and proactive participation
Our policy is to use good professional practices, to maintain quality, to uphold the highest quality of service, to comply with the relevant Standards and a commitment to continually improve in these practices.

Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Policy

New Star Safe-Tech is committed in a responsible manner to protect the Environment and to follow highest standard of health and safety practices and work environments that enable our people to work injury and illness free.
To achieve this result, we:
a. Ensure to provide a safe and healthy workplace to our employees and conduct our operations in an environmentally responsible manner.
b. Ensure our operations comply with applicable environmental, occupational health &amp !important; safety regulations and where appropriate, implement additional controls to meet company requirements.
c. Assure all our employees are trained and accountable to preventing work-related injuries and illnesses.
d. Implement an environmental, occupational health &amp !important; safety management system as part of our integrated management System that ensures continuous improvement through risk assessment, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
e. Will continually evaluate in terms of periodic reviews of the potential impact of our services and process upon the environment and health and safety of our people.
Inform suppliers, including contractors, of our environmental, occupational health &amp !important; safety expectations and require adoption of sound environmental, occupational health &amp !important; safety management practices.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

NSST maintains and promotes the highest ethical and legal standards in our services especially in relation to Bribery &amp !important; Corruption.
Our Code of Conduct clearly states that : “In dealing with public officials, other corporations and private sectors, we will not seek to influence others, either directly or indirectly, by paying or receiving bribes or kickbacks, including but not limited to payments to local officials by Star Safe-Tech employees or agents or the completion of routine governmental administrative actions (so-called facilitation payments), or by any other measure that is unethical or that will tarnish our reputation for honesty and integrity.

Non-Retaliation Policy

At New Star Safe-Tech we encourage to report in good faith all information regarding alleged improper or wrongful activity that may constitute:
a. Violation of standards
b. Misconduct
c. Discrimination or harassment
d. Fraud
e. Violations of local regulations
f.  Other illegal or improper practices or policies
We at New Star Safe-Tech is firmly committed to encourage timely disclosure of such concerns and prohibits retaliation against any of the employee who makes a good faith report about a known or suspected violation of our standards or against anyone who assist in an investigation into such matters.

Conflict of Interest Policy

A A conflict of interest (COI) occurs when a person serves or represents two distinct activities or persons and must choose between two conflicting interests or loyalties.
Outside activities, include but are not limited to:
a. Employment,
b. Consulting,
c. Service on boards,
d. And business activities including managerial positions.

Examples of Possible Conflicts:

a. Outside activities that represent time commitments that could interfere with an employee accomplishing his/her NSST duties.
b. Outside activities using NSST equipment, personnel, or resources.
c. Outside activities or financial interests in an entity that supports the staff member’s activities at NSST.
d. Outside activities (consulting, employment, management, etc.) with a person or entity, or financial interests in an entity, that does business with NSST.
This policy has been developed because conflicts of interest commonly arise, and do not need to present a problem to the organization if they are openly and effectively managed.
It is the policy of the NSST as well as a responsibility of the board, that ethical, legal, financial or other conflicts of interest be avoided and that any such conflicts (where they do arise) do not conflict with the obligations to NSST.
New Star Safe Tech  will  manage  conflicts of interest by requiring board members to:
a. Avoid conflicts of interest where possible
b. Identify and disclose any conflicts of interest
c. Carefully manage any conflicts of interest, and
d. Follow this policy and respond to any breaches
