Objectives

1. Create awareness among all employees for effective implementation of Quality & EOHS policies (Bench mark Zero non compliance)
2. Resources including man, machine, material and infrastructure to fulfill training requirement and FFA & LSA service center requirements and other service and supply requirements of NSST.
3. Strategic brand positioning and capture a large market as a Safety services company
4. To meet or exceed customer delivery expectation on at least 90% of the order
5. Conservation of natural resources like, Electricity, paper, water (Bench mark to be established based on actual consumption)
6. Involvement of all employee in maintaining and enhancing pleasant and safe working environment. (Bench mark – Zero accident)
7. Training hour to be provided up to 30 minutes per month per employee
8. No major Non compliance findings on Surveillance audits
